This weekend celebrated the second year of Sneakhxrfest. A festival made by women, for women to celebrate International Women’s Day in the sneaker and streetwear community. The day saw panel talks by Tiffany Calver, Eva Apio, to Olympians such as Alice Dearing and Daryll with DJ sets from Joce Wavy and Izzy Bossy. From sneaker workshops to female owned vendors there was a lot to unpack and the festival saw 1000’s of people through the doors in the heart of London.

The story is amazing and a huge success and testament to the female sneaker community. The organisers (Ayat Al Zein, Georgia Bolton, Antonette, Olivia Deana) put a lot of work in to this as a source of inspiration for women
