TERA KÒRÁ AND FS GREEN IN CONVERSATION: STRIPPING BACK THE GROOVE [BOLD 2026 INTERVIEW]

TERA KÒRÁ AND FS GREEN IN CONVERSATION: Stripping Back the Groove
Introducing In Conversation—Viper’s dedicated series exploring the chemistry of the collective. While our typical features spotlight the individual, In Conversation pivots to the power of the pair (or the trio), deconstructing how distinct creative minds merge to build something greater than the sum of their parts.
For this edition, we sit down with Tera Kòrá and FS Green to discuss their latest link-up with Freezy—a masterclass in minimalist production and the “less is more” philosophy.
Stripping Back the Groove: Tera Kòrá x FS Green
What happens when three distinct musical forces align over a shared digital frequency? For Tera Kòrá, FS Green, and Freezy, the result is a lean, percussive weapon that trades layered complexity for raw, intuitive energy. Moving away from the dense, melodic arrangements they are each known for, the trio have stripped their sound back to its skeletal essentials: drums, bass, and an undeniable vibe.
The Digital Catalyst
The origin of this collaboration wasn’t a high-concept studio session, but the modern-day creative refuge: the DM. What began as a simple online connection between Tera Kòrá and Freezy quickly gained momentum. Recognising a specific pocket of sound that needed a final piece of the puzzle, Tera reached out to FS Green—a frequent collaborator on bootlegs and remixes, but a first-time partner on an original work of this scale.
There was no hesitation. “I could see the vision straight away,” FS Green notes, reflecting on a process that was defined by its lack of friction. From the first exchange, the ideas flowed naturally, proving that timing and instinct often outweigh a grand design.
What was the catalyst that brought you together to create music?
Tera Kòrá: I connected with Freezy through DMs, we clicked straight away and started exchanging ideas remotely. I was excited about the first ideas and felt like FS would be a perfect fit, so I reached out to him.
FS Green: Tera Kòrá and I had already worked on bootlegs and remixes before, but this was our first real original together. I could see the vision with Freezy straight away, so I was hyped from the start.
⸻
Take us back to the exact moment or message that sparked this collaboration. Was it an instant ‘yes’?
Tera Kòrá: It really started with a simple online connection. Once we began sharing ideas, it felt right straight away. There wasn’t a big moment, it just flowed naturally from the first exchange.
