FASHION EAST: LOUTHER AW25 @ LONDON FASHION WEEK

FASHION EAST: LOUTHER AW25 @ LONDON FASHION WEEK: This season, we collaborate with Helena Minginowicz, a Polish visual artist (b. 1984) whose work explores perception, relationships, and impermanence.

Using airbrush techniques to create visual illusions, she challenges the boundary between reality and artifice. Her practice contrasts traditional canvases with disposable materials, questioning notions of value and beauty in a consumer-driven world. By blending classical influences with mass production and digital aesthetics, she reflects on the intersection of high and low culture—an echo of the themes within this collection.

Helena’s work excites me—the way she explores the balance between carrying your dreams and simply existing. Her art has deeply shaped my perspective on beauty. She is not just an artist in the show but an inspiration behind it. Her airbrushed pieces play a significant role throughout the collection, alongside layered textures and a gradient that moves from casual to tailored—something I personally connect with.

Reality isn’t given; it’s created. Every day, we choose—again and again—what direction to take. There’s power in that, and beauty too. What we see is never the whole picture, and what remains unseen holds just as much meaning. Our individuality, our hopes, our dreams—they exist beyond the surface, shaping us in ways both visible and hidden. This collection is a celebration of that depth, that reinvention, that duality.

From Saturday, February 22nd, to Tuesday, February 25th, we’re hosting a pop-up with DSM London, showcasing Helena’s work from the show for a closer, in-person look, alongside select garments from the collection. You are all invited—I hope to see you there

Olympia Schiele

ABOUT THE BRAND

Olympia Schiele was born in Germany, where she lived until moving to London after graduating from the University of Munich. She began her practice by blending her background in product design and photography into a cohesive, intimate perspective. Each collection draws from Olympia’s multidisciplinary experience, weaving together deconstructionist design and visual storytelling.

Born out of London’s ever-evolving cultural landscape, Louther embraces the beauty of imperfection. Its pieces explore the tension between construction and reconstruction, often balancing opposites—raw and refined, structured and fluid—while finding harmony in contrast.

Rooted in Olympia’s hands-on approach and her commitment to rethinking garment construction and draping, Louther blurs the lines between design, fashion, and art. Her design aesthetic is defined by its distinctive use of colour, sculptural silhouettes, and unconventional textures. Each creation is part of an ongoing dialogue—an invitation to discover the unexpected in the everyday
