7 EPIC THINGS THAT HAPPENED IN THE DON JULIO WINNERS’ BAR AT THE OFFICIAL EE BAFTA FILM AWARDS AFTER PARTY: The iconic EE BAFTA Film Awards took place on Sunday 16^th February. A star-studded line-up attended the official after party to raise a glass to the winners.

As one of the biggest celebrations of the year, some of the biggest names in film came together, including Colman Domingo, Mikey Madison, and Jesse Eisenberg. After the awards’ dinner, those in attendance headed to the Don Julio Winners’ Bar to continue the celebrations.

So, what actually happens at the official after party? If you’re feeling like you missed out, then do not fear as here are seven awesome things that happened off-screen, on the night:

1. Raven Smith interviews Colman Domingo 

Those that went to the Winners’ Bar were greeted by the bar’s host for the night, Raven Smith. Known for his wit, charm and showstopping Instagram captions, Raven interviewed a number of guests, including Colman Domingo, Joe Alwyn and Kelly Rutherford asking them quick fire questions, including what people would like to see in a miniature size. 

Colman Domingo, the American actor, playwright, and director, chatted to Raven and expressed his wish for mini shoes for his pinky fingers.

2. Don Julio launched mini bottles of tequila 

As the Official Spirit Partner of the awards, Don Julio cocktails were served at the awards’ dinner and after party. 3. Rich Peppiatt’s BAFTA mask dons a balaclava 

A Kneecap BAFTA win wouldn’t be complete without balaclavas. So, in true Irish hip hop fashion, Rich Peppiatt decorated his mask with the iconic Irish flag balaclava. 

4. The Wicked team defy gravity 

Buzzing about their win, the Wicked team were dancing through life, as well as the after party as they raised their BAFTA masks in the air.

5. Celebratory hugs all round 

Mikey Madison, David Jonsson and Rich Peppiatt reunited at the after party, with hugs all round as they congratulated each other on their wins.

6. Jesse Eisenberg receives a personalised bottle

 Jesse stopped by the Winners’ Bar where he got his mask engraved and was also gifted a personalised and engraved bottle of Don Julio 1942.

7. David Jonsson and Mikey Madison get their masks personalised

For the very first time in BAFTA history, winners were able to get their masks personalised on the spot. Winners David Jonsson and Mikey Madison stopped for a chat as they waited for their well-deserved masks.
