[EVENT] GIGGSMAS RECAP

Giggs’ friends and family came together at the star-studded beauty & the beast themed Giggsmas on Monday night…

The illustrious event entertained the likes of Ade Adepitan, Big Narstie, Chet Lo, Dynamo, Ghetts, Giggs, Harry Pinero, JME, John Bradley-West, K Trap, Krept & Konan, Leemore Marrett Jr, Lethal Bizzle, Maino, Marc Jaque Burton, Michael Dapaah, NSG, Omar, Pa Salieu, Rap Man, Snoochie Shy, Swizz Beatz, Vas Blackwood, Wretch 32 and Zeze Millz.

Celebrating its third year, the star-studded Giggsmas was held at the quintessentially British Old Royal Navy College, London, where guests, (who were ferried by boat to the venue from Westminster), were treated to a fully immersive experience as the historical venue metamorphosised into a fairy-tale like wonderland for the night.

After walking through The Ripley Tunnel (which was reimagined as C.S. Lewis’ famous wardrobe), guests enjoyed champagne and Au Vodka cocktails at the reception in the Queen Mary Undercroft which was transformed into an enchanting Narnia-like setting with an adidas Santa’s Grotto.

Following the reception, guests dined like royalty on a Caribbean feast in the Painted Hall, where Beauty and the Beast vibes collided with a giant Mars installation by Luke Jerram—because nothing says “majestic dinner” like jerk chicken under a planet that looks ready to crash the party (literally). The evening soared even higher with a surprise performance of ‘Nothing Like This by Omar and mind-bending magic tricks from Dynamo.

The illustrious green carpet featured some stellar Beauty & The Beast inspired ensembles to create Giggmas’ most flamboyant celebration yet. While all those working at the event – from the catering team to the in-house band and security – were dressed in Lyle & Scott, reflecting the brand’s commitment to British heritage and street culture.

The illustrious and highly anticipated event was attended by a number of Giggs’ extended family of influential musicians, actors, fashion designers, broadcasters and creatives including: Ade Adepitan, Amplify Dot, Big Narstie, Castillo, Charlie Sloth, Chet Lo, Dynamo, Elarica Gallacher, Ghetts, Giggs, Harry Pinero, JME, Joelah Noble, John Bradley-West, Julie Adenuga, K Trap, Kenny Allstar, Krept & Konan, Leemore Marrett Jr, Lethal Bizzle, Maino, Marc Jaque Burton, Mercston, Michael Dapaah, ML (Giggs’ son), Nadia Jae, NSG, Omar, Pa Salieu, Rap Man, Rose Cartwright, SL, Snoochie Shy, Swizz Beatz, Tinchy Stryder, Toni Tone, Vas Blackwood, Wretch 32, Yomi Adegoke, Young Teflon and Zeze Millz.

Guests attending brought toys with them, donated to UK charity KidsOut to bring joy to children in need this holiday season. With Giggsmas he has created an annual year-end tradition celebrating British culture, arts, and excellence, bringing people together with a strong sense of community and festive cheer.
