Following the triumphant album release party for Dexta Daps’s latest masterpiece ‘Trilogy’, held at Boxpark Wembley, fans were treated to an unforgettable experience vibing out to his new project and indulging in a personal meet and greet with the dancehall sensation. As part of his media press run, Dexta Daps continued to engage with different media outlets, sharing insights and discussing his captivating new project.

Soon after Dexta hit’s the stage, performing some of his new songs off of his album, as well as some of his known hits like ‘Shabba Madda Pot’ & ‘No Underwear’. With three years since his last album, this masterpiece isn’t just an album – it’s a journey through Dexta’s evolution as an artist and a celebration of the boundless creativity within Dancehall music. From infectious beats to soulful melodies, ‘Trilogy’ is a testament to Dexta’s unparalleled talent and dedication to his craft. 

Dexta Daps kicks off his album with the powerful collaboration ‘OK’, featuring the incomparable Masicka. This track serves as a beacon of inspiration for the youth in disadvantaged areas, setting the tone for the impactful storytelling that follows. ‘Friendship Sale’ that features Chronic Law, continues the narrative of empowerment and resilience, shedding light on the harsh realities of life.

As the album unfolds, Dexta Daps invites listeners into the realm of love and romance with enchanting collaborations like ‘See It Yah’ with Alaine, a beloved favourite among Reggae fans. The chart-topping success of this track is a testament to its undeniable charm and emotional depth. Of course Jada Kingdom too, features on ‘Purge’ which is an addition to the sensual feels. Because, what’s a love song without her soft-melodic range?  

Amidst the sensuality, ‘Trilogy’ also delivers powerful messages of gratitude, resilience and strength, in tracks like ‘Showers Of Blessings’, ‘Wuk Fi Mine’ and ‘Strength’. These thought-provoking tunes serve as a reminder of the power of music to uplift and inspire.
