[NEWS] CASA BACARDI RETURNS W/ KOJEY RADICAL
BACARDÍ Rum is bringing back its exciting Casa BACARDÍ on Tour programme, a spin-off of the brand’s iconic festival stage, bringing a lineup of the country’s hottest artists and DJs to music venues across the UK.
This year’s programme kicks off with an exhilarating night at London’s Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace*, the UK’s revival of the iconic Los Angeles venue. On Friday March 15th, UK rapper Kojey Radical, best known for his soulful and dynamic rhythms that blend hip-hop and spoken word, will take the stage at the Casa BACARDÍ gig for what promises to be a memorable night. The Mercury Prize nominee is set to be joined by a mix of talent including Nigerian artist Brazy, rapper Len, DJ Kim Turnbull, Remixia, MayK and Native Soundsystem with more special guests to be added. The lineup is curated in collaboration with Native, a music-focused media group with both a record label and magazine under its belt.
Renowned for its importance in roller-rink and disco culture, Flipper’s made an appearance at the recent Super Bowl during Usher’s halftime show with the debut of its apparel wear. The London venue, located in White City, has quickly become a hotspot for the city’s music scene welcoming big name acts and rising stars alike to the stage. But for this hotly anticipated event, we’ll be putting the skates to one side to clear the way for a party like no other.
After a sold-out event last September at Scotland’s iconic SWG3 featuring rising UK rapper Sainté, Casa BACARDÍ on Tour is back and bigger than ever in 2024, promising an unparalleled fusion of live music and rum culture. But the excitement doesn’t stop there — Casa BACARDÍ has a plethora of events lined up for this year, including a jam-packed festival season and stops in various cities across the UK.
