ROCK EN SEINE 2025 UNVEILS EXCEPTIONAL LINEUP: A host of talented artists from all kind of genres will grace the festival stages: A$AP Rocky, American hip-hop superstar who is set to release his fourth studio album this year, soul diva Jorja Smith, who managed to establish herself as a household name in just a few years thanks to her unforgettable voice, electronic duo Justice, who continues to brilliantly carry the legacy of the French Touch, London’s very own Jamie XX, producer, DJ, and brilliant composer who rose to the top of the international electronic music scene, and the freshly crowned Grammy Awards winner Doechii who recently signed to Californian record label TDE, home of SZA and Kendrick Lamar.
Rock en Seine continues to unveil its breathtaking lineup. After confirming its 100% pop female-led opening day a few weeks ago, headlined by Chappell Roan, London Grammar, Suki Waterhouse and Luvcat, it’s time for the festival to share more exciting announcements about its upcoming edition that will take place between 20th August – 24th August 2025 at the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud, close to Paris.
Needless to say, Rock en Seine likes to keep its love for rock music alive as highlighted in not only the festival’s name in itself, but also in its artistic choices, starting by the legendary Josh Homme and his Queens of The Stone Age, coming straight from the Californian desert and bringing their powerful, abrasive, and melodic hits. Fiery Dubliners Fontaines D.C, the band behind one of the best albums out last year will confirm their new status of rock heroes. The endearing band Vampire Weekend, rock-new wave diva Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory, Welsh rockers Stereophonics and Californian trio Wallows are also all joining the lineup for this 21st edition!
An eclectic delegation of jacks-of-all-trades will also be on board, starting by Italian-American artist Anyma, member of the duo Tale of Us, who is now flourishing as a solo artist: a true pioneer sitting at the crossroads between electronic music and visual arts. The artist offers an immersive experience where music and imagery come together, taking his audience on a unique sensory journey. Also present on the lineup is Aurora’s enchanting pop, the brilliant Canadian singer Caribou who also performs under the name Daphni, French-American Marc Rebillet, known for being a troublemaker both on Youtube and on stage, thanks to his euphoric house-groove hits, Australian band Empire Of The Sun and their flamboyant universe, and the eclectic Texans Khruangbin, who will share their intoxicating melting pot of psychedelia, soul, and dub.
Staying true to its mission of showcasing the most promising musical talents, Rock en Seine will also welcome the intriguing American prodigy Mk.gee, who’s currently reinventing the modern guitar sounds with his hybrid tracks, the fierce Belfast hip-hop trio Kneecap; and Scottish producer and DJ Barry Can’t Swim, who’s name is currently on everyone’s lips within the international dance scene.
But that’s not all, the hottest music discoveries will be taking center stage, such as newcomer Alemeda, R&B-funk-rock champion Montell Fish, Prince’s worthy heir, British musician Artemas, whose track “I like the way you kiss me” charted at #1 in 2024, and London duo Good Neighbours.
But the French scene won’t be left out, with the fiery rockers from Last Train, Luidji’s subtil and introspective rap, and the eccentric frenchie Dabeull and his wonderfully funky hits.
