[STYLE] BROKEN PLANET SET TO DELIVER ‘BROKEN HEARTS VOL.3’ COLLECTION

Broken Planet are set to release their Valentine’s Day themed collection, ‘Broken Hearts Vol. 3’. The new range mixes classic Broken Planet pieces that have been restocked with brand new items that show the evolution of a brand that is taking over the streetwear scene with sustainability at the forefront of their practices. The collection is set for release on Sunday 25th February at 8PM GMT.

BP have started the year in fine style, recently dropping ‘Out Of Service’ – their first drop of the year and one of their most ambitious to date which sold out rapidly. Moreover, the brand also collaborated with UK Rap icons D-Block Europe on an exclusive limited edition T-Shirt and album bundle to celebrate the release of ‘Rolling Stone’. The collaboration caused chaos amongst fans of the brand and group alike, helping propel DBE to number one in the Official UK Album Charts.

Founded by partners Lukas Žvikas and Indrė Narbutaitė, Broken Planet have enjoyed incredible success over the past few years, drawing huge crowds for their pop up stores in London, Los Angeles, and New York, with many fans queuing up overnight to get their hands on new collections. Moreover, BP’s limited drops have regularly sold out in just seconds, having been worn by the likes of SZA, Jude Bellingham, and Maya Jama amongst others.

The ‘Broken Hearts Vol.3’ collection sees the highly anticipated return of two classic Broken Planet pieces. There will be restocks of both their Fuschia Pink hoodie, as well as their ‘Hearts Are Made To Be Broken’ knit sweatshirt. Broken Planet have established their own signature style of graphic heavy apparel with puff print typography that is on display throughout the collection. There are more complex items in this collection however that signal an evolution for the brand, including theBroken Hearts’ varsity jacket in black which has been completed with quilted satin lining and custom BP boucle patches.

The collection is set to be celebrated with an invite only event this Valentine’s day at the prestigious Tape London venue. The occasion is set to play host to some of the most important DJ’s in the UK music scene, as well as a performance from a currently undisclosed special guest artist. Moreover, BP will be giving out 60 exclusive ‘Love Is In The Air’ T-Shirts to mark the unmissable event. It is clear that Broken Planet are keeping their foot on the accelerator as they continue to make their mark on global streetwear.
