Following landmark 2022 moments that saw the introduction of new categories CONTEMPORARY, SUPER BRAND and HOMEWARE, HEAT continues to offer an innovative luxury shopping experience through a first-of-its-kind access to the VETEMENTS archive. The disruptive brand that became instantly viral in the 2010s through subversive notions of luxury, provocative social statements and hype-worthy collections, opens up its archives to HEAT, the platform equally now disrupting the conventional luxury retail conversation.
The mystery boxes will bring back classic VETEMENTS styles from the brand’s 2016 to present day collections; the culturally influential SS16 and SS18 DHL collections, trademark oversized outerwear, slogan ready-to-wear and unique accessories such as the holy-grail SS19 Oakley x VETEMENTS studded sunglasses and the highly coveted SS20 flame platform boots that garnered A-List appeal from the likes of Rihanna, A$AP Rocky and Lil Uzi Vert. As part of the partnership, HEAT and VETEMENTS will also debut ultra rare, previously limited release, local exclusive items.
On May 31st, HEAT will launch a limited pre-sale run available exclusively via evolutionary commerce platform UPPFIRST* before wider release on HEAT.io on 14th June. The partnership will be available across two box tiers, HEAT and HEAT PLUS boxes featuring a curated mystery selection of VETEMENTS staples and recognised styles, priced at £500, £990.
A creative campaign brings the collection to life in a series of images that show members of the HEAT world in iconic VETEMENTS styles, from the brand’s Sheffield warehouse workers to local cafe heroes.
