Get ready to melt as Alt-Pop artist, Jay Lewn allures you with groove-laden R&B, mellow synth-pop and a nod to Hip Hop in his latest track ‘6 Figure Flow’ ft. South East London rapper Kish!.

Hailing from the UK, the singer, songwriter and sound engineer has already turned heads in the underground music scene following the success of his first EP ‘Form One’. Now, having collaborated with the likes of Che Lingo and JGrrey and engineered sounds for artists including Gucci Mane and Beebadoobee, Jay is ready to release the first track of his 7-part project exploring the twisted perceptions of love, ‘Loverboy’ (track to be released once a month).

‘6 Figure Flow’ plunges into a downtempo beat layered with shimmering productions and atmospheric psychedelic synths capturing you immediately. This combined with Jay’s velvety pop vocal melodies and the inclusion of a jazz-tinged trumpet solo brings a mesmerising soundscape expertly inspired by a fusion of R&B, Pop, Funk, Jazz and Hip Hop.

The introduction of Kish’s slick style punctuated by his percussive flow and witty lyricism creates a change of pace that perfectly encapsulates the meaning behind ‘6 Figure Flow’, Jay explains “we based the track on the idea of rolling round town with your mates like you own the place, being reckless and young, troubles going on but feeling free.” Jay has already made waves in the music industry with support from BBC Introducing, Sofar Sounds and various UK music festivals. Inspired by the likes of Frank Ocean, James Blake and Sampha. Young gun, Kish!, has created a cult following through his unique use of grime, trap, UK drill and alternative hip-hop while also founding Paradoujin, an online platform dedicated to highlighting the stars of tomorrow from the underground up.
