[STYLE] KING x BIG JEST LAUNCH MUSIC VIDEO LOOKBOOK FOR WINTER COLLECTION

KING has a rich legacy in supporting UK music talent and this collaboration gives insight into the parallels between the brand’s distinctive street style and London’s coveted music scene…

The collection itself provides an elevated choice of streetwear styles. Built on their own manufactured and dyed fabric yarns across the cut and sew custom patterns, stand-out pieces include 320gsm heavyweight brush-backed fleece tracksuits, combed cotton jersey t-shirts, and their signature headwear pieces.

The highly stylized music video sees South London’s, Big Jest (BBC’s Rap Game Winner 2022) wearing a number of looks from KING’s Autumn Winter 2022 collection. The Punchline King wears the limited edition Tennyson Reversible Puffer Jackets made from quilted heavy nylon construction, wind and water-resistant. Throughout the music video, we see Big Jest in five personalized signature layered outfits bringing the vision of his intricate wordplay and vocabulary that is the signature element of his rap style.

We see Jest take multiple locations with his squad that’s all decked in uniform taken from the latest collection pieces. As part of the Rap Game series Jest linked with KING aficionado and producer Michelin Shin on his final track and naturally, the collaboration led to the KING link up and the newly released official ‘Punchline King’ lookbook music video.
