Moose Knuckles presents their SS23 campaign…

Canadian luxury label Moose Knuckles launches its Spring Summer ’23 collection with a newly expanded range of clothing and accessories, its most diverse offering of products designed for warmer months to date. 

The exclusive collection for men, women and children showcases the evolution of Moose Knuckles’ clothing codes, crafting iconic protective layers reimagined for milder temperatures as well as the introduction of many new styles never seen before from the brand. Crafted from breathable and water resistant fabrics with smooth, soft-to-the-touch finishes, the products of the collection feature clean lines in relaxed silhouettes that exude polished utility with edge.

The campaign, shot by the acclaimed photographer Johnny Dufort and art directed by Carlos Nazario of i-D fame, depicts a carefree beach outing under the backdrop of ominous gray clouds. The campaign features two fresh faces in the industry, highlighting Moose Knuckles’ commitment to inclusivity and initiative to spotlight rising talent. The duo’s chemistry is effortless, evoking a youthful playfulness to the campaign that is central to the brand’s DNA.

Moose Knuckles interprets Spring/Summer through its unique perspective, not only through rising talent and modern silhouettes but also with a versatile color palette of tranquil neutrals contrasted by bold pops of color like ‘Lime Green” for men ‘Fashion Pink’ for women as well as eye-catching metallic styles offered in silver. New iterations of the brand’s signature monogram patterns are introduced this season as well, building upon Moose Knuckles’ logo and heritage for the warmer season. 

Moose Knuckles introduces its new ‘Air Down’ range, lightweight down-filled outerwear that is packable and stylish – perfect for travel in warmer months. ‘Air Down’ leverages Moose Knuckles fabrics and technologies, focusing on weightless weather protection for mild temperatures featuring RDS-certified 90/10 down with 800 fill power and a recycled outer shell developed to combat rain and forceful winds. ‘Air Down’ is available in four key styles for men, women, and children: a Vest, Bomber, Parka, and Jacket.

Designed with signature urban-driven twists for the brand’s most comprehensive spring/summer offering yet, standout pieces from the collection include the men’s ‘Borden Bunny,’ the women’s ‘Eaton Bunny,’ and the ‘Simcoe Bunny’ for children, all new reversible iterations of the brand’s ultra-popular ‘Bunny’ hoodie which can be worn either with the plush faux fur side or the durable water repellent shell side exposed. The ‘Bunny’ is one of Moose Knuckles best selling styles for transitional weather, providing an elevated take on the relaxed hoodie silhouette. 

Multifunctional versatility is a key component of the collection, experimenting not only with reversible silhouettes, but with convertible pieces as well, such as the men’s ‘Davenport Pant’ and women’s ‘Dovercourt Pant’ which zip off at the thigh to convert into shorts. 

Another key introduction to the collection is the ‘Quilt Series’ a sustainable range of sporty lightweight jackets and separates made from a recycled outer shell, fill and lining. ‘Quilt Series’ features a quilted construction of the brand’s monogram and is designed in oversized silhouettes meant be layered underneath another coat or jacket.

“This season we build upon an enhanced interpretation of Moose Knuckles’ high-performance engineering for the diverse needs of transitional and warm climates,” said Carlos Nazario. “For our SS23 campaign, I drew inspiration from the contrast of volatile weather conditions with the feeling of carefree exuberance, capturing the way the wearer is designed to feel in the collection—and the ultimate expression of the brand.”
