READING AND LEEDS FESTIVAL ANNOUNCE 28 MORE NAMES FOR 2025: Today, Rockstar Energy presents Reading and Leeds, reveals the second wave of names set to define the UK’s ultimate festival weekend from 21st-24th August 2025.

Limp Bizkit and D-Block Europe lead the charge, adding to an unrivalled line-up truly serving up something for everyone. Among over twenty five new recruits are Bakar, Good Neighbours, Nemzzz, Badger, Matilda Mann, Example, The Royston Club, Jazzy, Nell Mescal, Heartworms, Pozer, VLURE, Balu Brigada, Been Stellar, jasmine.4.t, Snayx and many more.

Today’s additions continue to redefine the future of music. Sitting alongside previously announced headliners Travis Scott, Chappell Roan, Bring Me The Horizon and Hozier, they bring together the freshest, most invigorating names from all corners of the globe.

Tickets are on sale at www.readingfestival.com/tickets and www.leedsfestival.com/tickets. Festival goers can book their place in one of 5 new campsites options at www.readingfestival.com/information-category/where-to-stay and www.leedsfestival.com/information-category/where-to-stay.

Pre-eminent American rock band Limp Bizkit will be back at Reading & Leeds this summer, guaranteeing more unmissable moments from the band led by the uncompromising and spontaneous Fred Durst. Having defined a generation with their unique rap rock style, the platinum-selling icons are now bigger than ever, selling out major UK shows at Wembley Arena and Gunnersbury Park as a whole new legion of fans come onboard. With Limp Bizkit’s powerhouse antics rollin’ straight into headliners Bring Me The Horizon, this will be one of those days at Reading and Leeds to remember.

UK rap leaders D-Block Europe are similarly poised to deliver one of the most hyped sets of the weekend, ahead of the only European show this year for Travis Scott. Standing as the first UK rap act to sell out four consecutive nights at The O2 Arena, and release gold and platinum albums, the South London duo have become a global powerhouse. D-Block Europe shows are always filled with surprises and certified trapwave hits like “Prada” and “Overseas”.

Bakar, the genre-defying voice of a new indie generation, makes his Reading & Leeds return this August. Reinvigorating the best of British guitar-driven pop, Reading and Leeds delivers viral duo Good Neighbours, Manchester’s Boygenius-produced jasmine.4.t, Wrexham four-piece The Royston Club, Liverpool’s Red Rum Club, and Leicester’s ambitious pop-punk outfit Mouth Culture. Each bringing their own unique twist, these bands are ready to prove why they are some of the most talked-about rising acts in the scene today.

2025’s standout voices engaging a new generation with their heartfelt songwriting, Matilda Mann and Nell Mescal, will be bringing immersive and intimate moments to the weekend. Leading voices in the new wave of UK rap have been confirmed. The unmistakable flow of Manchester’s Nemzzz has already caught the attention of collaborators Lil Yachty and Headie One, whilst South London’s Pozer makes his debut following last year’s breakout single “Kitchen Stove” and MOBO Awards win just last week for “Best Drill Act”.

One of the UK’s fastest rising Electronic artists, Badger, will be serving up festival-ready UKG, house and jungle vibes, having captured the attention of millions online. After a surprise appearance in 2024, festival favourite Example has been signed up for summer 2025, to make his official Reading and Leeds debut. Alongside these, Irish chart-topping dance artist Jazzy joins the bill. Expect the UK’s biggest festival crowds in a full-scale party atmosphere for these moments, singing back the biggest bangers all night.

Meanwhile, this year’s diverse line-up is equally matched with just as many heavy and alternative sounds. From the intense and life-affirming force that is VLURE, to the cathartic goth-inspired project Heartworms, and with House of Protection blurring the lines between hardcore and hip hop, Reading & Leeds’ stages will remain alive with the likes of visceral punk trio Snayx and London punk band Rifle.

Always a global moment for music and culture, Reading and Leeds draws the biggest names as well as the freshest new sounds from all corners, with this August bank holiday weekend hosting New Zealand alt-pop band Balu Brigada, the South African-born Sri Lankan-Australian artist Ecca Vandal, Washington D.C. emo rock band Origami Angel, Arizona shoegazers Glixen, New York’s Been Stellar and even more besides.

Melvin Benn, Managing Director of Festival Republic said: “Reading & Leeds really has something for everyone this year. The response to the line up so far has been incredible, and today’s additions bring so much to the table. We’ve seen first-hand what Limp Bizkit and D-Block Europe can do in front of these crowds – they will not disappoint – and beyond that you’ll find countless artists making a name for themselves this summer. 2025 already feels like the start of a bold new era for Reading & Leeds, and a positive shift in UK festival culture. This line up and everything we’re introducing to the festival experience will define the years to come.”

Synonymous with the UK’s music culture, Reading and Leeds Festival is the stage for some of the most iconic moments in global music over the past decade. Stormzy’s electrifying 2018 set marked a defining moment for grime, Billie Eilish’s 2019 performance cemented her as a generational icon, and Arctic Monkeys’ triumphant 2022 return captivated fans old and new. Dave’s unforgettable 2019 crowd interaction during ‘Thiago Silva’ showcased the festival’s unique connection between artists and audiences, and when Liam Gallagher teased the Oasis reunion announcement at the end of his set at Reading this summer it made headlines around the world. This combination of supporting artistic evolution and creating moments of cultural significance has solidified Reading & Leeds as more than just a music festival, it’s a vital lifeblood that continues to define and celebrate the global music landscape.

Changing the game for festivals every year, Reading and Leeds took home The Innovation Award at the UK Festival Awards 2024 in recognition for the all new Chevron Stage. Just this month, more positive changes were announced for this year’s festivals, as details were unveiled of a historic overhaul to its camping offering. Marking the biggest site change at the festivals in its 55 year history and the biggest shake-up that UK festival camping has ever seen, the festival will be introducing five new campsites and a range of new improvements, programming, experiences and complimentary add-ons. These new initiatives are set to make a positive impact on sustainability, safety and inclusivity at music festivals across the board.

Reading and Leeds Festival takes place Thursday 21st – Sunday 24th August 2025 at Richfield Avenue in Reading and Bramham Park in Leeds.

Tickets are on sale at www.readingfestival.com/tickets and www.leedsfestival.com/tickets. Festival goers can book their place in the new campsites at www.readingfestival.com/information-category/where-to-stay and www.leedsfestival.com/information-category/where-to-stay.
