What five words define your sound?
Versatile, Raw, Unique, Powerful, Creative
Tell me something unique about your creative process.
I’ve actually recorded some songs backwards. It’s a crazy process but it really brings out something different in my music.
Which song of yours would you like people to hear first?
Definitely ‘Fuck Fame’.
What inspired you to make that song?
The title says it all. It’s a powerful statement about not caring for the superficial parts of fame.
What’s the most vulnerable you’ve allowed yourself to be when writing/making music?
I get super vulnerable on my melodic tracks. The more creative I get, the more I let my guard down. It’s like pouring my soul out in those moments.
What’s the best/worst experience you’ve had on stage?
The best has to be hearing the crowd sing my lyrics back to me. That feeling is unreal. The worst? One of my fans got so excited, they almost knocked me out. It was wild!
What is your favourite song to perform?
‘Fuck Fame’ for sure, the energy is always insane.
Which artist/song/album made you want to make music?
Future, his music really spoke to me and made me want to start making my own.
What’s the meaning behind your name?
My best friend, who passed away, gave me the name. It means a lot to me, so I kept it.
If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing instead?
Probably investing in real estate or something like that. Gotta have a backup plan, right?
What’s success to you?
Being mentally stable, everything else comes after that.
What moment in your life/career forced you to change direction?
Losing my Uncle Monty, it was a tough time that made me rethink everything.
