[STYLE] CETRA VISIONS POP-UP: WHAT WENT DOWN

Here’s what you missed at the Cetra Visions London Pop-up…

One of London’s brightest young designers, Marino Morwood, and his authentic streetwear-led fashion label ‘CETRA VISIONS’ conquered London’s Oxford Street for a momentous pop-up store. The brand CETRA VISIONS launched in May of 2019 and marks ‘the new era of Marino Morwood’. CV takes a step away from the traditional rap tees Morwood became known for with his name-sake brand, and moves into the direction of authentic streetwear.

CETRA VISIONS announce the pop-up by dominating many Instagram feeds, inviting Morwood’s rich community of streetwear hungry individuals and fashion circles across the U.K to visit the exclusive showcase of new styles and designs. The brand is for the young dreamer with a dedicated wish to chase the passion. On this, Marino states “You wear Cetra then you represent doing what the fuck you want to do in life.”

Causing mayhem in the most central of points of the capitol, Marino and his label CETRA VISIONS was overwhelmed with support from the guests in attendance, tackling a nearly one block-long queue.

The pop-up offered CETRA VISIONS’ statement and staple pieces, as well as a generous showcase of 90’s inspired baseball jackets, slick tees and his celebrated cargo-like tracksuit joggers. CETRA VISIONS also stocked their recent collaboration with watch-makers G-SHOCK, a still very fresh, new collab which had seen Marino and the ‘CV’ Team throw an event in the official G-SHOCK store just shy of two weeks before his very own.

The impact that Marino is creating in the streetwear sphere with CETRA is unprecedented. This, alongside his drive, originality and relatability to fellow young creatives in his community make him one of the most exciting and promising young designers stepping into the fashion space.
