NEW BALANCE REIMAGINE THE 70’s WITH THE 327 MODEL

Sportswear giants New Balance unveil a new addition to the family tree by introducing the 327 style, a shoe inspired by the iconic running shoes of the 1970s. Forever a stride ahead, the design of the new 327 model is a nod to the progressive fashion, architecture, furniture and graphics of the 1970’s era. The #NB327 proudly showcases New Balance’s immersive heritage, reimagined within a fresh, contemporary aesthetic.

The second instalment lands today, on June 6th and arrives offering two men’s colourways and one women’s colourway. The 327 combines a perforated leather upper for a sporty, yet luxurious design with suede vamp fangs and an enlarged leather ‘N’ logo offered in bold vibrant colourways. The sculpted sole unit and heel wrap offer a contemporary design element.

Making an impactful statement on the street and on the track, New Balance has been busier than usual during this time of a global pandemic. “Made shoes yesterday and masks today” a slogan made by NB having championed an impressive initiative combatting the Coronavirus. The efforts don’t stop there, whilst transcending footwear design norms New Balance have also made a stand against racism as a result of the uproar and protests across the globe sparked by the death of an innocent African-American runner, Ahmaud Aubery and years and years of racial oppression. New Balance stands united with the world and has made first steps including donating 10,000 pairs of running shoes in the black community programmes of Atlanta, GA.

These new styles of NB’s made available to buy from END Clothing, Browns, Offspring and www.newbalance.co.uk from Saturday 6th June for £80. Stay connected with New Balance & Style news by following @newbalance & @vipermagazine
